Hannah joined the International Center team in 2019 after moving to Chicago from Austin, TX. After studying abroad in France during her sophomore year of college, Hannah decided that she wanted to work in international education. Hannah went on to study abroad three more times and completed an internship abroad. Since college, she has worked in study abroad for over five years at a university and a study abroad provider.

Chris StrohoferChris Strohofer
Study Abroad Intern

Chris Strohofer is IIT's first short-term study abroad intern. From Cincinnati, Ohio, Chris is remotely supporting programming and technical projects in our office for the beginning of the Fall semester. Chris is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer who was evacuated from Albania during the onset of the global epidemic. Before Peace Corps, Chris was a student worker for the University of Cincinnati's International Programs office before graduating with an International Affairs degree in 2018. He enjoys collecting vinyl records, quarantine walks with his dogs, and all things study abroad.

2Carly Logeais-Goldberg
Financial Aid & Elevate Specialist

While not an official member of the Illinois Tech Study Abroad team, Carly is an invaluable resource to students preparing to go abroad. Carly moved from Michigan to Chicago in 2012 to be an elementary school teacher through a program called Teach for America.  After teaching for six years, she pursued her Master's of Science in Higher Education Administration and Policy.  Carly is passionate about educational equity and is thus excited to be serving in the Office of Financial Aid.  She also loves working with students to help figure out the best way to finance their abroad experience.
